Nationwide federal immigration representation
Your Immigration Attorney
Immigration is governed by federal law, so my immigration practice is not limited to the states where I have offices. I represent individuals, families, and businesses throughout the United States, and I work with clients from around the world.
For more than 28 years, I have handled family, business, humanitarian, and removal-related immigration matters. You meet directly with me. I develop the strategy, prepare and review the legal work, and personally represent you at interviews and hearings when required. When you call my office, I know what is happening with your case because I am the attorney handling it.

How Nationwide Representation Works
Remote representation is part of my 2YouLaw Program™, which uses video conferences, electronic document exchange, and other remote communication when appropriate.
Immigration Rarely Stands Alone
A marriage petition is also a family law matter. An investor visa is also a business formation matter. A non-citizen spouse changes how an estate plan should be written. Because I also practice in those areas in the states where I am licensed, I can handle the related pieces together.
