Which states is Ronald Brilliant licensed in?
I am licensed in California, Idaho and Nevada, and admitted to practice in the federal courts of each.
Can you represent me in immigration matters anywhere in the United States?
Yes. Immigration is federal law, so I represent clients in immigration matters throughout the United States and work with clients living abroad. Whether I can take a particular case still depends on its facts and on any court or agency requirements.
What is the 2YouLaw Program™?
Good representation should not depend on geography. I use phone, email, and video conference to work directly with clients wherever they are. And when your matter requires someone in the room, I am the one who travels to be there.
Can you represent me in matters involving more than one area of law?
Often they do. A divorce may involve a business, real estate, or debt; an estate may involve property in several states; and a business dispute may raise contract or bankruptcy issues. Because I practice across multiple areas of civil law, I can identify those connections early and approach the matter as a whole rather than treating each issue in isolation.
